Parent Portal App
Parents/Guardians may also choose to download the PowerSchool Mobile App from Google Play (Android) or App Store (Apple). The Parent Portal App requires a district code to log in. Portage la Prairie School Division's code is CWNG. You may also click on "Where's My District Code?" then "Search by School or District" and you will find Portage la Prairie School Division under Manitoba.
Recommended Access: For the best experience, use the web version of PowerSchool on a computer and mobile device. The PowerSchool App is available but offers limited functionality. If using a mobile device, access PowerSchool through your browser and consider bookmarking it or adding it to your home screen for easier access.

Welcome to the PLPSD Parent Portal! This portal is a communications tool designed to enhance and increase parent/guardian involvement in their children’s education. The portal provides parents/guardians with secure online access to our Student Information System (SIS). With a single username and password, parents/guardians can access the following information for each of their children attending any PLPSD school:

- Excuse Attendance
- Attendance Information
- Grad/Credit Summary
- School Bulletin
- School Information
- Set Email Notification
- Permissions & Consent Forms and more!
We are continuously enhancing the portal with additional functionalities.
Parents will receive an email containing their login credentials. Check out our instructional video to assist you in setting up your account.
