Everybody in School Everyday Initiative To reach out to parents and young Manitobans, the province is joining the Manitoba Association of Parent Councils (MAPC) and educators to increase awareness of the importance of regular attendance at school for every child. The new strategy and supporting materials will be available on the MAPC website and the Manitoba Education website.

Youth Resource Guide Provides youth aged 15 - 30 in and around Portage la Prairie with local, provincial, and virtual resources that may be useful. This includes Crisis Support Lines, Addictions,  Mental Health, and more.

PCI - Queer Straight Alliance (QSA)

PCI QSA celebrates diversity within the school setting. They aim to provide a safe space for students regardless of their sexual orientation. They facilitate socialization, education, and celebration of diversity within the school. They organize an annual Rainbow Walk during Rainbow Week, alongside various activities during and after school such as garden pot decorating, dance & pizza parties, and information booths during lunch hour.
