Children born in 2019 are eligible to register for Kindergarten.

Parents or guardians choosing to bypass Kindergarten for their child should note that the child will start in grade 1 the following year.

Schools will require a copy of the child’s birth certificate and proof of residency (e.g. utility bill or lease agreement). Parents and guardians of students registering at ÉAM do not need to provide proof of residency because all of Portage and the Rural Municipality is the catchment for French Immersion.
Online Registration is available; otherwise, you may complete a PDF paper form or contact your catchment school to pickup a registration package.
